I would give six stars if I could. The service from Dorchester was magnificent. We have an insanely complex heating system in our house, originally dating from the 1930s... (including pipework and valves etc that are pre-metric and no longer standard) which was then poorly upgraded by a previous supplier who fitted the wrong boiler and made endless errors in the new pipework. As a result, several of the radiators in our house have not given off any heat for years. Previous plumbers we have called have literally run away refusing to even take a call out fee. Then Mustapha came from Dorchester, did a thorough investigation, and agreed to take on the job. After an intensive day of hard work and complex problem solving, all our radiators are now functioning. Throughout the process he and his team were kind, respectful, friendly, good-humoured, good with our pets, and a thorough pleasure to have in our home. He will be our plumber for life now. Literally cannot recommend this company more highly.read more

I was lucky I found Mustafa at Dorchester Heating Solutions! My system boiler fault couldn't be fixed by three previous gas engineers who quote "said the repair with the... electrical wiring was too difficult and time consuming for them to remedy". So after three weeks of consistent problems and angry tenants I was over the moon when I came across Mustafa, after a glowing recommendation.I've been in the property industry for 15 years and the easiest thing to say is that Mustafa is the "truth". He had completed a full re-wiring of the boiler and had it up and running within an hour and a half. Mustafa is extremely knowledgeable and experienced within his field but the sheer speed in which he works is truly admirable.I can't recommend Dorchester Heating Solutions enough! they have all my business moving forward. I contacted Dorchester Heating Solutions when my old boiler failed to turn on. The company were immediately responsive and came to view the boiler.The boiler was nearly 40 years... old and required replacement as it was becoming dangerous to use. Dorchester Heating solutions acted quickly and professionally.They assessed the situation and the very next day I had a new and quality boiler fitted with no fuss and no mess. We woke up on Saturday morning only to find that both our heating and hot water were not working. This becomes a serious issue when you have a 14 month old child.I rang around a... couple of places, some of whom answered and others that told me they were closed until Monday. I then came across Dorchester and thought I would put their 10 minute call back service to the test.I was pleasantly surprised to receive a very prompt call back. I explained our issue and they assured me that they would have someone out to us the same day and would endeavour to get some level of service reestablished for us.The engineer who came out to us was very professional and polite and managed to get the whole system back up and running within an hour of arriving.We were very impressed and will definitely be using them again in the future.read more
