Anyone out there looking for a trouble shooter central heating or boiler company this is the one. I had a problem for four years with my central heating/... boiler going on/off all the time .Vaillant kept saying nothing wrong with the boiler, central heating engineer changed every single pump / flushing etc in the system with no results. I have just spent 3 months with no central heating and 10 different Recomended companies coming to give different reports and possible solutions but none that gave me a guarantee it would work.Desperate I went in google and found Dorchester , Mustafa came and gave me his overview and certainty it would solve the problem. I decided to go for him based on the logic explained behind the issue . I gave them the job but really I had no hope it would work.It’s been 3 weeks now , my new boiler and central heating is working perfect in all rooms , the quality service I was given was ultra professional . I have no words to express my gratitude to this company and his management for being a decent , honourable and caring service provider hard to find nowadays . I would give six stars if I could. The service from Dorchester was magnificent. We have an insanely complex heating system in our house, originally dating from... the 1930s (including pipework and valves etc that are pre-metric and no longer standard) which was then poorly upgraded by a previous supplier who fitted the wrong boiler and made endless errors in the new pipework. As a result, several of the radiators in our house have not given off any heat for years. Previous plumbers we have called have literally run away refusing to even take a call out fee. Then Mustapha came from Dorchester, did a thorough investigation, and agreed to take on the job. After an intensive day of hard work and complex problem solving, all our radiators are now functioning. Throughout the process he and his team were kind, respectful, friendly, good-humoured, good with our pets, and a thorough pleasure to have in our home. He will be our plumber for life now. Literally cannot recommend this company more highly.read more
